For the purpose of enhancing our professional expertise in wind energy industry and promoting cooperation with foreign manufacturers, TERTEC signed a memorandum of cooperation with the National Renewable Energy Center (CENER) in Pamplona, Spain on July 23, witnessed by the director-general of Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection, MOEA. Both parties exchanged their technical viewpoints on analysis and design of wind turbine, assessment of wind resources and forecasting, research and development of wind turbine laboratory, and their testing and certification services.
