For the purpose of enhancing the professional expertise in the wind energy industry and promoting cooperation with foreign manufacturers, TERTEC signed a memorandum of cooperation with the DNV GL Netherlands B.V. Laboratory in Arnhem, Netherlands on July 18, witnessed by the director-general of Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection, MOEA. Both parties proceeded to cooperate in the fields of testing, inspection and verification for power distribution and wind energy.
