查證活動公正性承諾書
財團法人台灣大電力研究試驗中心(以下簡稱本中心)承諾遵循公正性原則，並確保查證活動之客觀性、獨立性及公正性：
- 重視查證活動之公正性
將公正性視為查證活動之基本原則，確保查證活動及其結果維持客觀、公正及獨立。 - 確保查證結果客觀與獨立
查證結論及結果應以客觀證據及適用之查證準則為依據，不受任何不當因素影響。 - 避免外部壓力影響查證活動
查證活動不受商業、財務或其他任何形式之壓力或不當影響，以維持查證活動之獨立性及公正性。 - 維護查證活動之公信力
要求所有參與查證活動之人員遵循公正性原則，共同維護查證活動及查證結果之可信度與公信力。
本中心定期辦理年度教育訓練，課程內容包含利益衝突辨識、公正性及客觀性等相關議題，並要求所有參與查證業務之人員簽署「從業人員保密、公正性及利益迴避切結書」，藉由教育訓練及書面承諾，強化人員公正性意識，確保查證活動之獨立性、客觀性及公正性。

Taiwan Electric Research & Testing Center (TERTEC) is committed to adhering to the principles of impartiality and ensuring the objectivity, independence, and impartiality of verification activities through the following commitments:

TERTEC conducts annual training programs covering topics such as the identification of conflicts of interest, impartiality, and objectivity. All personnel involved in verification activities are also required to sign the Confidentiality, Impartiality and Conflict of Interest Avoidance Undertaking. Through regular training and written commitments, TERTEC strengthens personnel awareness of impartiality and ensures the independence, objectivity, and impartiality of its verification activities.
