In order to achieve the goal of net zero emissions, countries around the world are activily promoting the development of electric vehicles, among which the improvment of charging infrastructure is an important key to the promotion of electric vehicles. The government is setting up public EVSE extensively to complete the domestic charging infrastructure so that electric vehicles can travel unimpeded in the country.
In order to ensure the acccuracy of electric energy measurement and fair transactions, BSMI has incorporated EVSE into the legal measuring and measuring instrument that should be verified. After referring to relevant international standards and technical specifications and inviting relevant agencies, industries, experts and scholars to discuss, BSMI formulated the "EVSE Verification and Inspection Technical Specifications" , the verification has been implemented since January 1, 2023.
